Booking Policy:

• All bookings require pre-payment. Booking that is non chargeable will be released. No cancellation will be allowed upon confirmation of booking. All reservation payments are non-refundable. However, modification of stay period is allowed 3 days before the exact check in date.

• The official check-in time is from 3pm onwards. The official check-out time is before 12:00pm. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed with the Front Office staff. Early check-in and late check-out charges imposed.

• A keycard deposit of RM50 per room, to be made by cash, is required upon check-in.

• Tourism Tax of an additional RM10 per room per night will be imposed on all non-Malaysians and foreign passport holders.

• The room rate is inclusive of 6% Service Charge.

• Our hotel is not acting as an agent for Car Rental Companies, Tour Companies and other travel related entities. Our disclaims liability for any actions or commissions of these entities.
