1. What time can I check in?

The standard check-in time at our hotel is at 3:00 PM. Kindly note that this is the time from which we guarantee that your room will be ready for occupancy. Should you arrive earlier than the designated check-in time, we will make every effort to accommodate you; however, room availability cannot be guaranteed until the check-in time.


If you anticipate arriving at the hotel before the check-in time, we recommend contacting our reservations team in advance. They can assist you in determining the possibility of an early check-in based on the current availability and make any necessary arrangements to accommodate your request.


Kindly note that additional charges will be applied for early check-ins before 12:00 PM.

2. What time I have to check out?

Ans:

Please note that our check-out time is at 12:00 PM. We kindly request that you adhere to this time to allow our housekeeping team sufficient time to prepare the room for incoming guests. If you require a later check-out time, we recommend contacting our front desk during your stay to inquire about the possibility of extending your check-out time based on availability.


Kindly note that additional charges will be applied for late check-outs before 1:00 PM.

3. Does your hotel have any private parking?

5. Does the the room come with breakfast

Ans: 

We regret to inform you that we do not have an on-site restaurant or breakfast facilities at our hotel. As a result, we do not provide breakfast as part of our standard offerings.


However, we understand the importance of starting your day off right, and we would be more than happy to provide you with recommendations for nearby breakfast options. 6. Can I get a refund if I wish to cancel my booking

Please be aware that once a booking is confirmed, we have a strict no-refund policy for any cancellations or changes made to the reservation. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including unforeseen circumstances, personal emergencies, or changes in travel plans.

Consequently, we are unable to offer refunds for canceled bookings.

7. Can I change the stay date if I can’t make it on the booking date?

If you wish to change your check-in date, we would be happy to accommodate your request, subject to availability. We kindly request that you provide us with the updated date as soon as possible, so we can make the necessary arrangements.

8. Can I add extra bed to my room?

Ans:

We are pleased to inform you that we do offer the option to add an extra bed to your room, subject to availability. However, please note that there will be an additional charge, of *RM50 per bed per night*, for the extra bed. This charge covers the cost of the bed itself, as well as any additional linens and amenities required.


To proceed with adding an extra bed, kindly inform our reservations team as soon as possible. They will provide you with the details of the additional charges and assist you in making the necessary arrangements.

9. Am I allowed to smoke in the room?

Ans:

Vista Hotel Kampar is a 100% smoke-free hotel. Non-smoking guests can now enjoy an ultra-fresh smoke-free environment in all the hotel rooms and public areas.

Persons caught smoking* in a smoke-free area can be fined RM 10,000 or jailed up to two years by the Malaysian government. Guests who are found smoking in their hotel room will be subject to a RM 300 cleaning fee.

Smoking guests who wish to enjoy a puff during their stay can proceed to the outdoor area.

*Smoking includes tobacco cigarettes, electronic cigarettes (vape), cigars, pipe tobacco, cigarette leaves (rokok daun), bamboo pipes and water pipe smokes (bong, hookah/shisha and mu’assel).
